The Ohio Recording Co. is owned and operated by producer, songwriter, and musician Brennan Willis.​

   As a songwriter and multi-instrumentalist, Willis has toured across the US in multiple bands opening for artists such as the Civil Wars, Johnny Swim, Sea Wolf, Copeland, Jars Of Clay, NEEDTOBREATHE, Red Wanting Blue, Secondhand Serenade, and many others. With a passion to create new music, he helped form The Undeserving, a band who partnered with Warner Brothers Records in 2008.​ The band's songs were featured on multiple TV shows including American Idol, Blue Bloods, Biggest Loser, and So You Think You Can Dance, making them one of the top synced artists on the Warner roster during their stint with the label. The band also had the notable experience of mixing their first album at Electric Lady Studios with world-renowned mix engineer Michael Brauer igniting Brennan's deeper interest in recording/producing.

   Continuing to progress his writing and production career, Willis makes frequent writing trips to Nashville, where he has worked with artists Gin Wigmore, Jeff Klein (My Jerusalem), Andrew Combs, Whissell, Drew Gasparini as well as producer/writers Allen Salmon, Jeff Bowman, Matt Bronleewe, and Josh Williams.
